Job Description: Healthcare Product Sales and Marketing cum Business Development

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Product Salesman to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on promoting and selling healthcare products, building strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:
• Present, promote, and sell healthcare products to existing and prospective customers.
• Identify potential clients in the healthcare sector and establish new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
• Provide product demonstrations, training, and detailed explanations to customers.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Market Research & Insights:
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer demands and market trends.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue forecasts.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical products industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance tracking is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
