Responsibilities

  • Provide sound legal advice to the internal stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents for the company including but not limited to agreements, deeds, and internal documents.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate with the internal stakeholders on the creation or revision of any internal policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines.
  • To provide updates on any new laws and regulations as and when passed by the Government that concern the Company.
  • Ensure all the Company’s documents are in place and order.
  • To assist the Team Lead in the preparation of the secretarial documents for the Company.
  • To assist the Team Lead on any litigation cases and to appear before the Consumer Tribunal as and when needed.
  • To handle the litigation matter of the Company.
  • Negotiate with the litigant or customer to reach any amicable solution of any dispute.
  • To conduct or draft any legal training for the benefit of internal stakeholders.
  • To act as the admin for the Legal team.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Law.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Being admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor is an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills in the English language both spoken and written. The ability to speak the Korean language is an added advantage.
  • A good team player.
  • Independent and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Have creative and critical thinking. Able to think of colours instead of black and white is an added advantage.
  • Has a hobby.
  • 1 permanent position available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
