Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects in the civil, structural, and architectural domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Lead project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage contractual agreements and ensure compliance with client and company requirements.
• Handle project-related commercial matters, including budget management and cost control.
• Prepare and review project-related correspondence, including official letters and reports, with a high standard of professionalism.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Ensure all work adheres to technical specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Provide technical guidance to resolve project challenges.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in civil, structural, and architectural work, preferably in the general or oil and gas industries.
• Strong expertise in project management, planning, contractual, and commercial matters.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective team leadership and client engagement.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written), with a particular focus on professional letter writing.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
