About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Personal Assistant (PA) in providing seamless administrative and operational support. This role requires someone who is adaptable, thrives under pressure, and is ready to handle urgent tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the PA in daily administrative and organizational tasks.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring timely communication with all parties.
- Book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Provide support to the boss's family members for personal and logistical matters, as needed.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and urgent requests promptly and effectively.
- Perform general administrative duties such as preparing reports, managing documents, and maintaining records.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexible and responsive to urgent tasks or changing priorities.
- Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Work Location: Conveniently located near KL Sentral, with easy access to public transport.
