Job Description:
- Oversee the timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Review and adjust entries to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and within the reporting period.
- Assist in preparing comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial documents in accordance with applicable standards and guidelines.
- Conduct monthly account reconciliations, reviewing all accounts to identify and address discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve any accounting issues or irregularities promptly to maintain data integrity.
- Assist in preparing documentation and schedules required for internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, standards, and internal policies.
- Support the CFO in managing the finance team by providing guidance, oversight, and training to team members.
- Ensure that the team adheres to deadlines, maintains high standards of accuracy, and follows best practices in financial reporting.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budget comparisons, and variance analyses to support management decision-making.
- Participate in special projects and provide financial insights as needed.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and compliance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, adapting practices as necessary.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a similar role.
- CPA, CMA, or other relevant accounting certifications are a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Familiarity with MS Excel and other reporting tools is essential.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to tasks.

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
