The HR Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing key operational tasks within the HR department, specifically related to stationery procurement, transportation arrangements, and IT support for employees. This role ensures that office supplies, employee transportation, and IT resources are efficiently managed to support daily operations.
-Procure and manage stationery and supplies for HR and company needs, maintaining inventory and reordering as needed.
-Coordinate with departments to meet supply needs and track usage to reduce waste.
-Coordinate employee transportation, including vehicles and allowances, ensuring efficient service.
-Maintain records of bookings, expenses, and usage for reporting.
-Ensure employees understand transportation policies for safety and compliance.
-Ensure smooth integration of HR tech tools.
-Troubleshoot minor IT issues within HR and escalate as needed.
-Support HR with administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and communication.
-Help plan and coordinate employee welfare programs, supporting logistics and execution.
-Monitor resource usage and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost control

Pay: From RM1,715.83 per month
