QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any equivalent qualification related to the role.
  • No prior work experience is required, but any exposure to administrative tasks or office environments is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • A positive attitude, initiative, motivation, and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, including managing schedules, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other required documents under the guidance of the team.
  • Help manage office supplies and assist with coordination with vendors to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, and take minutes during meetings as required.
  • Assist in maintaining an organized filing system, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information.
  • Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting on the progress of administrative tasks, providing updates to management as needed.
