QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any equivalent qualification related to the role.
- No prior work experience is required, but any exposure to administrative tasks or office environments is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Good command of spoken and written English.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, including managing schedules, correspondence, and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other required documents under the guidance of the team.
- Help manage office supplies and assist with coordination with vendors to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, and take minutes during meetings as required.
- Assist in maintaining an organized filing system, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information.
- Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
- Assist in monitoring and reporting on the progress of administrative tasks, providing updates to management as needed.
