  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
  • Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Provide insightful financial reports and recommendations to management

Accounting Operations:

  • Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions
  • Cash and working capital management, including preparation of cash flow forecast, treasury and banking/financing arrangement;

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations and internal controls
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax agent for all necessary tax returns and statutory reports
  • Liaison with bankers, company secretary, tax authority, government departments and other relevant parties

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment

Other Duties:

  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of financial management experience
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, regulatory issues, and tax planning
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent with strong analytical and problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Knowledge on ERP system will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
