Responsibilities :
1. Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes.
2. Menu Contribution: Collaborate with the culinary team to contribute creative ideas for menu development.
3. Quality Control: Ensure all food products meet our high standards of quality, freshness, and consistency.
4. Kitchen Maintenance: Keep workstations clean and organized, adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines.
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Chef and kitchen staff to maintain a positive and efficient kitchen environment.
Kiosk Assistant Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service at the kiosk, assisting customers with menu choices, taking orders, and ensuring a positive experience.
2. Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash-handling procedures.
3. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels for kiosk supplies and ingredients.
4. Kiosk Presentation: Ensure the kiosk is well-presented, clean, and stocked with necessary items for smooth operations.
5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the culinary team to coordinate kiosk activities with kitchen operations
Requirements :
1. Culinary Education: Formal culinary training or relevant experience in a similar role for the Demi Chef aspect.
2. Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for the Kiosk Assistant aspect.
3. Adaptability: Ability to switch between kitchen and kiosk duties seamlessly, adapting to changing priorities.
4. Team Player: Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
