JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Able to develop & implement sales & market targets with penetration strategies.
  • To bring brand awareness for designated key end-users and verticals to achieve sales target.
  • Ensure achievement of regional vertical sales and conversion targets.
  • Responsible for launching and following-up conversion projects within targeted end-users.
  • Record all relevant data in CRM data base.
  • Develop verticals distribution within Territory.
  • Trains motivate and direct distributors within the territory assigned.
  • To establish & co-ordinate Company product Promotional Activities in the territory assigned.
  • Interact & work with company’s peers to enhance his/her knowledge and sales efficiency
  • Interfaces with the Sales Leaders/Country Manager in Asia region to ensure bi-directional information flow to support the best possible positioning within target markets.
  • Undertakes any other assigned projects which relate to the overall performance and effectiveness of strategy and implements all defined strategies, tactics at end-users and distributors as defined by Sales Director.
  • Develops a yearly target and maintenance plan for his/her vertical that is monitored and reported monthly.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time and oversee new business/sector start-ups & project management.
  • Able to work with MD & Manager to achieve annual sales target.
  • Required 1-2 years working experience related to sales.
