- Handling all inbound calls, live chat and email pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products.
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
- Fresh Graduate welcomed, completed with SPM, UEC, and IGCSE certificates.
- Language Proficiency: Traditional Mandarin & English.
- Willing work in Rotational Shift (24/7).
- Good computer literacy.
- Proficient in computer typing skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
