Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the end to end recruitment activities from job posting and interviewing to offer negotiation.
- Review job descriptions to ensure appropriate information is included for advertisement on targeted job portals.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to address key recruitment challenges to develop and prioritize sourcing strategies.
- Organize and participate in campus recruitment, job fairs and networking events.
- Manage and drive the internship program to boost the talent pipeline.
- Ensure that all policies are complaint with local laws pertaining to hiring.
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly recruitment reports to HQ.
- Ability to work with our internal HR system that is in Chinese.
What you should possess:
- End to end recruiting experience.
- Fluent in English and Chinese is a must
- Individuals with regional recruiting experience is an advantage.
- Proven success in recruiting technical candidates from entry to Director levels.
- Resourceful and able to work independently.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
