Job Scope:
- Source, screen, interview and place candidates for various roles for the coffee shop, including baristas, service crew and support staff.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract and retain.
- Achieve a target of 10 to 15 successful placements per month.
- Showcase the company’s culture and values to attract like-minded professionals.
- Facilitate the onboarding process and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
- Maintain accurate records and provide recruitment metrics and reports to management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition in related to the F&B or coffee industry.
- Familiarity with roles specific to the coffee industry, such as baristas, service crew and support staff.
- Passion for coffee and the F&B industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
