Job Scope
· Provide comprehensive administrative support by managing schedules, arranging appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
· Oversee office operations, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining filing systems.
· Manage social media accounts by creating, scheduling and publishing content and monitoring social media trends to enhance the company's online presence
· Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned, which may include research, data analysis, preparing presentations, or coordinating events.
Requirements
· Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field.
· Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, email clients, calendar management tools).
· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.
· Demonstrate discretion, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
· Exhibit a proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
· Knowledgeable in office management practices and administrative procedures.
· Flexible and adaptable to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
