The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company to ensure efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:

5. Quality Assurance:

- Develop and implement quality control procedures.
- Monitor and address any issues related to quality or compliance.
6. Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the operations budget.

- Prepare and present financial and operational reports to senior management.
7. Vendor and Supplier Management:
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
8. Customer Service:
- Ensure that customer service standards are met and maintained.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
9. Project Management:
- Plan and oversee operational projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and manage project resources.
