Job Responsibility :

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to management.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle day-to-day office operations, including documentation, filing, and inventory management.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Take on additional responsibilities to support the management team as needed.

Job Requirements :

  • Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Candidates with significant experience can be considered for the Admin Manager role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
