- Recruitment, such as shortlisting, interview, employment offer, on boarding.
- Design and update job descriptions.
- Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
- Perform adhoc duties as and when required.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration or equivalent
- Candidate with relevant experience are welcomed to apply
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Have positive attitude and able multi-tasking
- Able to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision
