Requirements
- Available to join 26 December intake
- Able to communicate in English
- Mandarin speakers are welcome to apply
- Excellent telephone etiquette (professional, confident and patient)
- Must possess at least SPM and above
Responsibility
- Handling Voice (Inbound) and Non-voice (Email, WhatsApp)
- Assist customers related to telco problem
- Billing/Prepaid/Postpaid/Line issue etc
- Identifying the issue, assist customer according to the system
Benefits
Remunerations package:
- Basic: RM2200 - RM3000
- Performance allowance: up to RM500/month
- Attendance allowance: RM100/month

Working hours:
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:30AM - 7:30PM (Monday – Sunday)
- Working hour: 8 working hour + 1 hour break / daily
- Off day: 2 Days / Weekly
Working location:
- Level 17, Menara Tokio Marine Life, No 189 Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur.
- Nearby Ampang Park MRT2 / LRT station (within 5 minute walking distance)
