Requirements

  • Available to join 26 December intake
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Mandarin speakers are welcome to apply
  • Excellent telephone etiquette (professional, confident and patient)
  • Must possess at least SPM and above

Responsibility

  • Handling Voice (Inbound) and Non-voice (Email, WhatsApp)
  • Assist customers related to telco problem
  • Billing/Prepaid/Postpaid/Line issue etc
  • Identifying the issue, assist customer according to the system

Benefits

Remunerations package:

  • Basic: RM2200 - RM3000
  • Performance allowance: up to RM500/month
  • Attendance allowance: RM100/month

Working hours:

  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:30AM - 7:30PM (Monday – Sunday)
  • Working hour: 8 working hour + 1 hour break / daily
  • Off day: 2 Days / Weekly

Working location:

  • Level 17, Menara Tokio Marine Life, No 189 Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur.
  • Nearby Ampang Park MRT2 / LRT station (within 5 minute walking distance)
