- Responsible for the planning, preparation, and on-site execution of event projects and activities.

- Bachelor’s Degree or above, with proficiency in English & Mandarin preferred (since many VIP clients speak only English & Mandarin).
- At least two years of experience in event management, familiar with the international poker tournament market
- With experience in executing large-scale public relations events; experience in service industries, internet companies, or event organizations is a plus.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills, familiar with the processes and management of large-scale events.

- Strong network in the event industry is a plus, with familiarity in event organization preferred.

- The first month’s salary can advance 1000 MYR as emergency funds, with no salary advance for regular, non-special circumstances.
- For live-in employees, a welcome kit will be provided (SIM card + bedding + personal hygiene products + slippers, with a total value within 800 MYR).

Basic Benefits
- Visa: The company covers visa processing and associated fees, as well as work visa conversion (income tax is borne by the individual).
- Annual Leave: Based on the working hours specified in the Offer, with no other public holidays. After one full year of employment (must be 1 year), up to 30 days of annual leave (or equivalent allowances) can be taken (split into multiple uses), with deductions or cancellations if absenteeism/sick leave is excessive.
- Airfare: After 30 days of employment, the company will reimburse the one-way flight ticket, and provide one round-trip flight reimbursement for family visits after one year (not for vacation).
- 13th Month Salary: If performance is good and there are no significant faults, the company will provide a 13th month salary during the Chinese New Year (calculated based on the number of days worked in the year).
- Salary Adjustment: After one year of employment, salary adjustments can be evaluated based on the employee's performance.
- Utilities: For certain companies requiring centralized dormitory living, the company will reimburse utilities and internet costs. Those not in centralized living will bear these costs individually.
- Meal Allowance: For employees in centralized dormitory living, a meal allowance of 1500 MYR per person per month (or 50 MYR per person per day) is provided.
- Transportation: For Malaysian employees without dormitory accommodation, a transportation allowance of 600 MYR per person per month (or 20 MYR per person per day) is provided.
- Medical: The old medical reimbursement policy has been replaced with common medicines provided at the company accommodation.
- Compensation: Employees who leave within 6 months must bear the cost of the entry flight ticket, visa-related fees, and any bonuses/incentives/rewards earned in the previous month; those leaving after 6 months but before 12 months must bear the visa fees (excluding tourist visa) and any bonuses/incentives/rewards from the previous month.
