Live Host

Key Responsibilities:

• Host live streaming sessions on TikTok and Shopee, presenting and promoting products to the audience.
• Provide clear, engaging, and informative product demonstrations.
• Ensure high energy and charisma throughout the broadcast to attract and retain viewers.
• Interact with viewers in real-time by answering questions, addressing concerns, and responding to comments.
• Foster a positive and friendly atmosphere during live sessions to build trust and encourage purchases.
• Create a sense of urgency using promotional tactics like limited-time offers or exclusive deals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and organize live streaming schedules.
• Provide input on creative ideas to enhance the presentation and drive sales.
• Use props, visuals, and other aids to make streams visually appealing.
• Track and analyze the performance of live streams (e.g., viewer count, sales conversion rates).
• Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for improving sales and engagement.
• Set up and maintain the live streaming environment, ensuring proper lighting, sound, and camera angles.
• Stay updated on TikTok and Shopee platform trends, algorithms, and features.

Other Duties:

• Promote upcoming live streams on social media and other digital platforms.
• Manage post-live session tasks, including follow-ups with customers and addressing concerns.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in hosting, sales, or live streaming is preferred.
• Familiarity with TikTok and Shopee platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Charismatic, confident, and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.
• Ability to multitask and manage real-time interactions during live streams.
• Basic technical knowledge of live streaming tools and software.
• Energetic, engaging, and customer-focused.
• Creative and adaptable to fast-changing trends and audience preferences.
• Team player with a willingness to learn and improve.

Working Conditions:

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
