Responsibilities
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging content formats, and influencer best practices to ensure our content remains innovative and relevant.
- Work closely with influencers to understand their unique style and audience, ensuring a good fit for our campaigns.
- Provide creative direction and generate content ideas that align with both influencers’ personal brands and our campaign goals.
- Identify and evaluate potential influencers for collaboration opportunities.
- Oversee the execution of content campaigns, ensuring that influencer-generated content meets quality standards and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers, offering guidance and support throughout the campaign process.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer content, leveraging insights to refine and enhance future content strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Deep familiarity with TikTok and other social media platforms, with a strong understanding of local trends and culture.
- Passionate about social media, influencer marketing, and content creation.
- Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
