Position: Project Administrator

Duration: Contract 12 Months (Renewable/ Perm subjected to the performance)

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Operation Hours: 9 am - 6 pm

The basic Salary Range starts with RM2500 up to RM2800

Requirement:

Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

1 to 3 years of relevant experience

Good knowledge in Network Telecommunication industry.

Experience in network and procurement coordination or related roles.

Good knowledge of Procurement, Supply Chain Management

Proficiency in using procurement software and advanced technology tools.

Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

JOBSCOPE

Purchase Order Management:

Generate and meticulously process purchase requests from internal and external stakeholders, adhering to procurement policies and guidelines.

Proactively collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies prior to purchase orders issuance.

Goods Receipt Coordination:

Oversee the goods receipt process, meticulously verifying the accuracy of received items against purchase orders.

Collaborate seamlessly with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient and organized receipt of goods, leveraging insights into relevant technologies such as 5G, AI, and automation.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of purchase orders, goods received, and documentation.

Prepare insightful reports that highlight procurement and goods receipt metrics, contributing to data-driven decision-making in the realm of 5G, AI, automation, data, and enterprise solutions.

Implement intelligent data management practices to minimize delays and errors in the PR/PO process.

Technology Integration:

Proficiency in using procurement software and advanced technology tools for efficiently managing purchase orders and goods receipt processes.

Actively explore opportunities for automation and innovation in procurement processes, leveraging technologies such as AI, automation, and data analytics to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

Strong ability to adapt to technological advancements and drive innovation in procurement processes.

Proactive Collaboration:

Foster proactive collaboration with vendors and within internal teams, including warehouse and logistics, to streamline procurement processes and implement technological advancements effectively.
