Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead and enhance our customer support operations in the logistics sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with specific expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). This role requires a customer-focused mindset, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to streamline processes to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Customer Service Operations:
- Oversee daily customer service operations, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and escalated concerns.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and effective communication.
2.Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and train the customer service team to deliver excellent service.
- Establish performance metrics, monitor results, and implement improvements as necessary.
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and professional growth.
3.Warehouse Management Systems (WMS):
- Utilize WMS to monitor inventory, shipments, and order fulfillment processes.
- Train the team on WMS functionalities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to optimize WMS performance and resolve technical issues.
4.Process Improvement:
- Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with logistics, operations, and sales teams to align service strategies with business goals.
5.Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer service performance, challenges, and achievements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
6.Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure all customer service activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in logistics and customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,370.71 - RM5,000.00 per month
