Job Description:
1. Providing support in various Human Resource and administration functions, which include payroll, compensation & benefits, organization management, training & development, recruitment and industrial relations.
2. Assisting with day-to-day efficient operation of the human resources.
3. Process payroll using Info-Tech System and ensure timely payroll completion.
4. Maintain and update employee's personal information in employee file and payroll system.
5. Checking overtime claim and allowances.
6. Prepare monthly payroll summary and overtime report.
7. Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax.
8. Handling employees' SOCSO claims. Preparing related documents for SOCSO claim & report form to Labour Department.
9. Responsible for the full recruitment activities, liaising with Hiring Managers to understand organizational talent needs.
10. Any other duties to be assigned due to operation requirements by Manager, Human Resource.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
2. Proven work experience in human resources and similar role.
3. 3+ years of experience in HR or a related field.
4. Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
8. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
9. Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
