Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, cultivate healthy work culture, increase productivity and retention. 12. To plan, organize and execute all employee welfare activities. 13. Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances 14. Responsible for the health and safety of the workforce, ensuring a safe working environment and target zero lost time injury through training and safe practices.
