JOB DESCRIPTION 1. To create and process the account receivable and account payable entries 2. To maintain the transaction in accounting system 3. To monitor and update the summary and listing report 4. To check the record and supporting documents are complied with requirements 5. To perform payment through online and cheque 6. To reconciliation account for bank, debtor, creditor. 7. To co-ordinate accurate monthly and annual account closing with audit needs. 8. Prepare and arrange with authorise parties for all applications 9. Maintain proper accounting records and filing system 10. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Accounts Manager 11. To support the management for preparing and planning for budgeting and strategies 12. To perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the immediate Superior or the Management.
