1. Assist Building Manager (BM)/ Building Executive (BE) in administering the Management Office of the site and in carrying out the day to day functions of that office; 2. Receive daily inspection and other reports from technical staff for filing and subsequently compile the necessary reports for the BE or Complex Manager’s submission to the client. 3. Record all queries, complaints, requests or payments by owners, occupants and tenants of the parcels, and issue Temporary Receipts for payments made by them. 4. Assist in compilation of payments received by the office for banking into the client’s assigned account and subsequently, in the preparation of the collection reports for submission to the client at least twice weekly. 5. Assist in updating the records of the parcel residents, car parks and their accounts, including the control and issue of car parking space. 6. Assist in the collection of outstanding debts of residents or parcel owners by whichever means the management may request. 7. Assist BM/ BE in liaising with the client on any matters relating to the management of the site as and when requested. 8. Assist BM/ BE to build and maintain good rapport with owners/ residents/ tenants for better customer relations. 9. Any other duties as required and assigned by the Management from time to time.
