1. Prepare the relevant data before each new collective agreement and its cost impact so that the management can effectively conduct a collective negotiation with the Union 2. Maintain rapport with the National and Worksite Union committee members to ensure a harmonious work environment at all time 3. Escalate any potential Union issues to management for pro-active action 4. Manage all disciplinary and performance issues and ensure appropriate actions are taken in accordance with the law and the principles of Natural Justice 5. Managing poor performance employee and initiate Performance Plan (PIP) 6. Employee Grievance Procedures 7. Responsible for investigation and case analysis for any disciplinary actions to be taken including conducting a domestic inquiry, when necessary 8. Monitor MC rate in AAP group, review and ensure efficiency of panel clinic 12. Prepare monthly absents report and disciplinary report 13. Any other HR-related assignments that may be added from time to time 14. Response to any issues filed to Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK) and Jabatan Perhubungan Perusahaan (JPP), to communicate/attend the reconciliation session with respective authorities 15. To work closely/assist lawyers appointed by the company on any arises IR Court Cases 16. To liaise with any related authorities and to carry out a public relations role while maintaining good relations 17. Working closely with various department managers, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures and acting as human capital representatives
