Main Duties:
- Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment activities.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases as needed.
- Onboarding Process: Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including:
*Pre-onboarding preparations.
*Conducting orientation and welcoming new hires.
*Coordinating workplace arrangements with the admin department and ensuring uniform distribution.
- Onboarding Support: Ensure employees receive their assigned assets, distribute uniforms, and maintain accurate uniform records.
- Employee Inquiries & HR Support: Provide feedback and support in response to employee inquiries and assist with various HR activities.
- HR Documentation: Prepare HR-related documents, including personal files, employee checklists, offer letters, contracts, and other relevant paperwork.
- Stock Management: Oversee the bi-annual stock takes and ensure sufficient safety stock levels for company uniforms.
- New Hire Data Management: Responsible for key in data for new hires.
Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager
Requirements:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in an HR recruitment or administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, practices, and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
