  • Implement the full-cycle recruitment process, including:

  • Prepare monthly payroll reports and ensure timely payment of statutory contributions (EPF, PERKESO, EIS, and Monthly Tax Deduction).
  • Complete relevant forms and notify the Inland Revenue Department of newly joined or resigning employees.
  • Generate the Annual Remuneration Report (Form E) and prepare/distribute the Annual Employee Remuneration (EA Form) for tax filing purposes.
  • Assist in organizing company-wide events, such as team-building activities, annual celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company objectives.
  • Act as a liaison for all HR-related matters.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws and statutory bodies.
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the Manager.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and payroll management.
  • Good command of verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, multitask, and work with minimal supervision.
