- Generate the Annual Remuneration Report (Form E) and prepare/distribute the Annual Employee Remuneration (EA Form) for tax filing purposes.
- Assist in organizing company-wide events, such as team-building activities, annual celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company objectives.
- Act as a liaison for all HR-related matters.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws and statutory bodies.
- Perform other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the Manager.
- Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and payroll management.
- Good command of verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, multitask, and work with minimal supervision.
