Job Summary:
As a Talent Acquisition Executive at Gamuda Engineering, you will be key in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our engineering projects. With 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, manage the full recruitment cycle, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about recruitment, understands the construction and engineering industries well, and is eager to contribute to building a strong, capable workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and screen potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future recruitment needs, focusing on both technical and non-technical roles.
- Support campus recruitment initiatives and participate in career fairs and industry events to promote Gamuda Engineering as an employer of choice.
- Provide regular recruitment status updates and reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Conduct HR induction programmes weekly.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- A team player with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience recruiting for technical roles in construction, civil engineering, or related industries.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and an understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interest in talent development and employee engagement initiatives.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
