The ideal candidate will act as an employee champion and a leader of change. You will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment process for the company, ensuring the effective hiring of personnel.
  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits plans.
  • Identify and mitigate labor risks, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Establish and maintain harmonious labor relations, proactively addressing and resolving disputes.
  • Handle day-to-day personnel management and operations.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Malaysian labor law and extensive experience in recruitment.
  • Experience in internal HR operations and management.
  • At least 5 years of HR management experience is preferred.
  • Diploma or higher education.
  • Willingness to accept and complete additional temporary tasks as assigned by management.
  • Better to have a valid driver’s license (company provides a transportation allowance).
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin.
