POSITION SUMMARY:

Overseeing and managing all aspects of the hospital's human resources functions. This position is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to attract, develop, and retain a skilled and motivated workforce. The Head of HR Representative collaborates with the Human Resource Management and hospital management team to align HR initiatives with the hospital's strategic goals and objectives.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Execute and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to support organizational goals and objectives.

2. Lead and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment and staffing, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.

3. Provide guidance and support to HR staff, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, best practices, and legal requirements.

4. Partner with senior leadership and department managers to assess HR needs, develop workforce plans, and address strategic HR issues.

5. Execute and assist recruitment efforts to attract top talent, including developing recruitment strategies, overseeing the selection process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

6. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and work-life balance initiatives.

7. Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.

8. Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, incentive plans, and employee wellness initiatives.

9. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
