Key Responsibility:

1) Manage Agent

  • Leads management such as checking leads from fb Ads and recruitment number

2) Prospecting & Closing

  • Engage leads to arrange for appointment either online or physical
  • Respond to all inquiry from all sources
  • Conducting survey and searching for leads in areas that do not have agents
  • Making visits to specific locations and scheduling appointments with the owners of shops or outlets

3) Manage New Agent

  • Get details of new agent and register in system
  • Brief simple information about registration

4) Manage data management

  • Updating and improve content or closing script and agents prospectus
  • Collect testimony of agents success

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or related industries.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations and offer technical solutions based on client needs.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and door to door visit customer/ prospect
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
