    -Recruitment Strategy and Planning -Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring needs. -Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create comprehensive job descriptions. -Talent Sourcing and Networking -Utilize multiple sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) to find qualified candidates. -Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future openings. -KOL sourcing. -Candidate Screening and Interviews -Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. -Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. -Collaboration with Hiring Managers -Work closely with hiring managers to streamline the hiring process and ensure the best candidate selection. -Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiation. -Offer Management -Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate selection to onboarding. -Negotiate salaries, benefits, and other terms of employment in alignment with company policies. -Employer Branding -Promote the company’s culture, values, and employer brand to attract top talent. -Attend job fairs and networking events to represent the organization and engage with potential candidates. -Reporting and Analytics -Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process and provide regular updates to HR leadership. -Track and report on key hiring metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. -Continuous Improvement -Stay updated on recruitment trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting top talent. -Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance the candidate experience.
