On behalf of our client, Planet Kreatif Sdn Bhd, we are seeking a full-time Marketplace Marketing Manager based in Kota Damansara, Selangor. This role involves managing and optimizing the company’s presence on online marketplaces, developing and implementing effective marketing strategies for live streaming and content-driven sales, and building an in-house team of live hosts and content creators. Additionally, you will oversee sales performance, provide strategic recommendations, and contribute to the overall growth of the company’s e-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and results-oriented professional with excellent leadership and communication skills, along with a strong understanding of TikTok and Shopee sales strategies.

Operation Hour:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Job Scope

  • Assist in developing an in-house team of live hosts and content creators for TikTok and Shopee.
  • Develop marketing strategies for live streaming and content sales.
  • Train live hosts and content creators to implement the developed marketing strategy.
  • Monitor the sales performance of live hosts and provide recommendations for improvement.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong understanding of sales strategies for TikTok and Shopee live streaming.
  • Knowledge of the latest techniques for TikTok and Shopee paid advertising.
  • Ability to develop marketing campaign activities for the team.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to lead the team.
  • Proficiency in video editing software like Capcut.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work in Kota Damansara, Selangor.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing in-house TikTok or Shopee live hosts and content creators.
  • Experience working in the food or dessert industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
