This role will involve handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and various HR administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding: o Manage end-to-end recruitment process for retail staff. o Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and assist with hiring decisions. o Prepare and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. 2. Employee Relations: o Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely manner. o Assist in fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and engagement. 3. Performance Management: o Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems. o Support managers in performance review processes and provide guidance on employee development. 4. Training & Development: o Coordinate training programs for staff development, including product knowledge, customer service, and compliance training. o Track training progress and evaluate effectiveness. 5. Payroll & Benefits: o Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll. o Manage employee benefits, leaves, and attendance records. 6. Compliance & Policies: o Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. o Maintain and update employee records in accordance with legal requirements. 7. HR Reporting: o Prepare HR-related reports and statistics as required by management. o Assist in analyzing HR trends and making recommendations for improvements. 8. General HR Support: o Assist in implementing HR strategies and programs. o Provide administrative support in HR-related tasks such as documentation and correspondence.
