JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and placement for local and foreign employees.
  • Plan and oversee job assignments, scheduling, and workforce organization for all staff.
  • Handle foreign staff matters, including visas, work permits, accommodations
  • Develop and enforce policies for workplace discipline, attendance, and performance standards for all employees.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and recommend training or development programs.
  • Address staff grievances and maintain positive relationships within the workforce.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations for both local and foreign workers.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies management and equipment maintenance.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation in an organized and confidential manner.
  • Assist in budget preparation, payroll processing, and tracking administrative expenses.
  • Coordinate and streamline communication between departments for smoother operations.
  • Prepare reports, meeting notes, and correspondence as needed for management.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in HR and administrative management.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws, immigration procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing diverse teams, including local and foreign employees.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Fluency in Mandarin & English is required (spoken and written).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
