We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team in the autogate industry! The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating job deliveries and communicating with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer support.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide product/service information
Arrange and coordinate job deliveries with customers and technicians
Liaise with the sales team to ensure seamless job scheduling and updates
Maintain accurate records of job orders and customer interactions
Assist in after-sales service and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions
Perform administrative tasks related to customer service and operations
Requirements:
* Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative roles (experience in the autogate industry is a plus!)
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
