- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely manner while maintaining a professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and stay updated on the company’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Account Management: Assist customers with account-related inquiries, including billing questions, payments, and updates.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and document feedback from customers and share with the team to improve service and customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Accurately log all customer interactions and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure issues are addressed and resolved effectively.
- Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge of customer service best practices.
