Develop strategic plans to identify new opportunities for growth, whether through new locations, partnerships, or service offerings. Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers, increase repeat business, and boost overall revenue. Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction and profit maximization. Brand Promotion: Promote the restaurant brand and create awareness about its offerings through marketing campaigns, social media, PR, and local community outreach. Leverage both digital and traditional marketing channels to grow the brand presence. Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses, event organizers, food influencers, and community organizations. Develop collaborations that drive traffic and enhance brand visibility. Customer Experience & Retention: Work closely with the operations team to ensure an exceptional dining experience for customers. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to increase customer satisfaction and retention. New Market Expansion: Identify new locations or markets for potential expansion, considering factors like target demographics, competition, and market demand for Pakistani cuisine. Menu & Service Innovation: Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure the restaurant's menu is competitive and aligns with customer preferences. Suggest new dishes, seasonal offerings, or promotions that could appeal to a wider audience. Sales Reporting & Analytics: Track sales performance, customer engagement, and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports to senior management with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Events & Catering Business Development: Identify new business opportunities for catering services, special events, and corporate partnerships. Coordinate events that can boost the restaurant's profile and attract new customers. Networking & Community Engagement: Build relationships with industry professionals, local organizations, and influencers. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the brand and explore new business opportunities.
