Key Responsibilities:
General Office Management & Admin Support:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist the service team in washing and cleaning device parts
- Maintain organization in the stock room.
- Manage daily orders from Shopee, Lazada, and the website, arranging parcels for packing and delivery to the courier hub
- Attending walk in customer for outright purchase order.
- Ensure a clean and orderly office environment.
Account Support:
- Generate and send monthly invoices to respective clients.
- Process office-related online payments monthly (Payroll, claims n etc)
- Prepare aging reports and collect payments from customers
- Reconcile payments with the bank statement
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking.
- Prepare and process invoices and receipts.
- Coordinate with the outsource account department as needed.
Job Overview:
The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis, supporting the management team, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This role requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese.
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
