Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team in driving the sales and marketing efforts for the blockchain training courses and Digital LED & billboard advertising services. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in marketing, excellent strategic planning skills, and a flair for social media.

If you are a creative thinker with experience in marketing strategies, promotions, and client engagement, and are looking for an exciting opportunity with a monthly salary at least RM5,000-8,000 with commission, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Strategy

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote blockchain training courses and digital advertising services.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Work closely with the management team to align marketing goals with business objectives.

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Identify and engage potential clients to generate leads and close sales for blockchain training and LED advertising services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to meet revenue targets.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Manage and grow the company’s presence across various social media platforms.
  • Create engaging content to attract and retain followers, enhance brand visibility, and generate sales leads.
  • Analyze social media performance and develop actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration & Innovation

  • Brainstorm and present new ideas to improve marketing strategies, promotions, and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the digital advertising or training industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Proven track record in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative and results-oriented approach.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
