Position Summary:

Senior Marketing Executive must be someone who is experienced and results-driven. Experience in F&B industry will be added advantage. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage sector, with proven expertise in creating and executing impactful marketing strategies. You will lead and manage integrated marketing campaigns, drive brand awareness, and play a key role in driving business growth. This is a senior-level position for an individual who thrives in a fast paced environment, has a creative mindset, and is familiar with the latest trends in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for food and beverage products that align with company goals.
  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging, positioning, and target audience.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities to drive growth and expand brand presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, etc.) to create cohesive marketing initiatives.

Brand Management:

  • Oversee brand development and positioning to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns maintain high standards of quality and reflect the brand’s values.

Digital Marketing & Social Media:

  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, SEM, and paid media campaigns.
  • Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence, ensuring engaging content and effective community engagement.
  • Analyze and report on digital campaign performance to refine and optimize strategies.

Product Launch & Promotions:

  • Plan and execute new product launches, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Develop creative promotional campaigns to drive product sales, customer loyalty, and brand awareness.
  • Coordinate sampling, in-store activations, and collaborations with distributors and partners.

Event Planning & Trade Shows:

  • Lead the planning and execution of industry events, trade shows, and experiential marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with event partners, manage logistics, and ensure maximum brand visibility and customer engagement.

Market Research & Analytics:

  • Conduct regular market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and potential areas for growth.
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and marketing KPIs to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and refine strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business decisions.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Mentor and support junior marketing staff, providing guidance and fostering professional growth.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in the food & beverage industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, brand development, and product promotion.
  • Strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, including market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media management.
  • Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive content and deliver presentations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics, etc.).
  • Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in managing influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
  • Familiarity with food industry regulations and consumer health trends.
  • Travel: Must be willing to travel frequently between outlets, with flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and travel demands

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
