  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing company products and services professionally (Training provided). - Explain service/product features and benefits while addressing customer needs effectively. - Qualify leads, schedule follow-ups, and refer potential clients to the team/superior. - Maintain accurate and updated customer information in the database/system. - Work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs. - Collect customer response/feedback to improve products/services. - Collaborate with customer service teams and other departments to ensure seamless processes. - Participate in training to enhance telemarketing skills and performance. Requirements: - Minimum STPM/SPM qualification or equivalent. Diploma holders are an advantage. - Preference will be given to those seriously looking for a permanent/long-term position. - Previous experience in telemarketing, call centers, or sales is an advantage, but not mandatory (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). - Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. - Confidence, patience, and the ability to stay motivated even during challenging calls. - Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia or English is required. - Basic knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets is a plus. - TAKE NOTE: Must be willing to work at Pochong Office or Ara Damansara, Selangor (very near LRT Ara Damansara & Citta Mall).
