We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Recruiter to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. You will assist with the recruitment process by identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
  • Use various platforms such as job boards, social media, and professional networks (LinkedIn, JobStreet, etc.) to attract potential candidates.
  • Review resumes, screen applications, and coordinate initial interviews to ensure candidates meet the role’s basic qualifications.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to schedule and organize interviews, and follow up on candidate status.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process and positive experience.
  • Maintain an updated talent database and track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and interview-to-hire ratios.
  • Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive necessary information and documentation.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a High-Volume and/or Corporate Recruiter in the tech industry, preferably in a start-up environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
