We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our TA team. This role will primarily focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented individuals for our inside sales department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for inside sales and telesales positions, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about finding the right talent to drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand inside sales and telesales hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking).
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
  • Manage the candidate experience from application through to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities and candidate pipelines.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in inside sales recruitment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably with a focus on IT sales, inside sales or telesales roles.
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience using social media, job boards, and other platforms to attract candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fluent in English and preferably Mandarin speaker (an added advantage)
