Job Summary
As an HR Executive specializing in recruitment and engagement, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, conducting exit interviews to gather feedback and insights, and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction within the organization.
Let’s Look At Your Roles
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and job specifications.
- Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to attract top talent.
- Coordinate and facilitate candidate interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations.
- Develop and implement engagement activities initiatives and programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular surveys and assessments to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Organize and coordinate employee events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Assist in the development and execution of employee training and development programs.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including providing support and guidance to new hires and ensure compliance of all onboarding requirements.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze data, and provide recommendations to improve retention.
- Provide support in HR-related administrative tasks as needed.

Desired Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR generalist roles
- At least 3 years experience in related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and employees.
- Experience in developing and implementing employee engagement activities
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations and compliance requirements
- Highly oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g Applicant tracking systems)
