Overview
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to build a robust pipeline for current and future hiring needs. This role requires a keen eye for talent, a strong understanding of sourcing methodologies, and the ability to build relationships with potential candidates.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.)
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring teams, and providing feedback to candidates.
- Extend job offers and handle negotiations with successful candidates.
- Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage the recruitment process efficiently.
- Participate in job fairs and industry events to promote the company and attract candidates.
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
Talent Sourcing:
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for various roles.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networking sites, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs.
- Conduct research to identify industry trends and emerging talent pools.
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through various outreach methods.
Candidate Assessment:
- Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to gather information about candidates and determine their suitability.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and track sourcing metrics.
Employer Branding:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Leverage social media and other channels to promote the company as an employer of choice.
Collaboration:
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team on employer branding initiatives.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
