Boat Noodle Sdn Bhd is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to support our recruitment efforts and ensure we hire top-quality talent for our growing business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and coordinating with hiring managers. Key Responsibilities:
• Job Posting & Advertising: Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively search for potential candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, screen applicants, and short-list candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
• Interview Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
• Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates on their application status and feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process by preparing documents, conduct orientation sessions, and ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, including candidate profiles and interview feedback, in the HR system.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist in identifying the right candidates for each role.
• Employer Branding: Assist in promoting Boat Noodle as an employer of choice by sharing company culture, values, and job opportunities with potential candidates.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the P&O team, including assisting with recruitment reports and other HR-related tasks.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: At least 2 year of experience in recruitment or People & Organisation. Skills:
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to work well with people and build strong relationships.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with recruitment software or systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
